Returns & Exchanges

At TravisMathew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the shipping date, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Select Exchange or Refund

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
